Assistance screens, routes and takes messages from your
callers. It does it with a unique flair, without making
callers feel uncomfortable. Its 100% speech recognition
interface is still the most flexible, functional and
easy to learn in the industry and allows road
warriors to listen to messages and return calls
without fiddling with their cell phone. It puts you
in control of when, where and by whom you can be reached.

any time, anywhere.
Why

Concierge
Personal Communications Services has been providing
the Wildfire Electronic Assistant for over 5 years.
We have exclusive rights within the Illinois, Wisconsin
and Michigan markets. Our servers are located within
a telephone company central office environment. The
servers are DC powered and are continuously, proactively
monitored to ensure the highest degree of reliability.
We have replacement hardware on hand for any component,
which is a single point of failure. In fact, our servers
have provided a 99.999% up time over the past 50 months.
We
currently have the ability to provide a local access
number in both the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Our
clients outside of these markets utilize toll free telephone
numbers to access their Electronic Assistant. We are
currently under negotiations with a major long distance
carrier to extend our local network to the Detroit metro
area. Any client selecting toll free access from the
Detroit market will be given the option to get a local
Detroit access number when it becomes available.
The
Service Creation Process
Our
service creation process includes three distinct phases.
First, we consult with the new client to determine which
services best fit their requirements. Included in this
process is a discussion of call path issues.
This involves talking through how the client plans on
using the service, what the service objectives are,
what telephony technologies need to be integrated and
how best to get the calls into the Electronic Assistant.
The process culminates in a recommendation on how to
configure the existing technologies as well as the Electronic
Assistant.
The
next phase of service creation is the Electronic Assistant
initialization. Very simply, the agreed upon design
is input into the Wildfire system. At this point, the
service is available for the training process.
The
final phase of service creation is training. Rather
than handing the user a manual and saying good
luck, we provide oneonone training, using
the users actual Electronic Assistant. The training
usually takes between 30 to 60 minutes. It provides
the user a good foundation to build a relationship with
their Electronic Assistant. The trainer provides their
number to the user to allow follow up questions to be
answered at any time.
The whole process can be accomplished within 24 hours.
Concierge PCSs track record of a 90% retention
rate (measured over 1 year) for new clients attests
to the thoroughness and accuracy of this process.
The
Rate Plans
Concierge
has two basic service plans. Both plans do not require
a longterm commitment. In fact the $250.00 service creation
fee, billed upon early termination, is waived if the
subscriber uses the system for 6 months (see the Service
Agreement).
The
first plan is most appropriate for Chicago and Milwaukee
based clients. It provides a local telephone number
for callers and users to gain access to their Electronic
Assistant. This offering also works well for those whom
have a wireless plan that includes free long distance.
The monthly service is $19.95 per month. Connection
time is $0.10 per minute for local number access or
local calls and $0.15 per minute for calls outside of
the designated local service area (Chicago, Milwaukee
or in the future Detroit).
The
second plan is more appropriate for clients outside
of our local service are or clients who desire a toll
free telephone number for their callers. It provides
a Chicago or Milwaukee and toll free telephone number
for callers and users to gain access to their Electronic
Assistant. The monthly service is $34.95 per month.
Connection time is $0.10 per minute for local number
access or local calls and $0.15 per minute for toll
free access and calls outside of the designated local
service area (Chicago, Milwaukee or in the future Detroit).
Calls
are billed based on the exact amount of time connected
and not in 6 second increments. There are no minimum
connection periods. In another words, an 11second call
is billed as an 11second call.
Concierge
also offers a Reception Assistance for $25.00 per month.
The Reception Assistance allows businesses with multiple
users to provide customers with a single number, which
allows access to any user in your business that has
an Electronic Assistant.
Other
option includes a no cost pager interface (available
for most numeric and alpha pagers) and $5.00 per month
detailed billing. The Wildfire system can even be integrated
with legacy voice mail systems (case by case basis).
